Recap of our Halloween festivities:

First pumpkin patch trip. Kids not really helping us get a good pic.

The second we put the girls down they kept trying to eat the muddy rocks that were everywhere. We would take one out of one of their mouths, then have to take one out of the other, and so on. That's why we didn't keep trying to get better pics because we got tired of doing that.

These are the pumpkins we got for the kids. The big one is Porter's, the shorter fatter one is Simone's and the thinner small one is Scarlet's. Fitting, eh? :)

We stopped at a lake on the way home from the pumpkin patch. Pretty.

Second pumpkin patch trip.

Yes, this was the best picture we could get.

For the library storytime right before Halloween the kids could dress up. We pulled Porter's robot costume from last year out for him to wear.

For our ward Halloween party Porter was a horse, Simone was a cow, and Scarlet was a chicken, while I was the farmer. Jeff had just come from work so that's why he was a party pooper and not dressed up.

My little farm animals.

Someone gave us the horse costume, the chicken one was what Porter was a few years ago, so all we had to do was buy a cow costume at Goodwill. All we spent this year was $4, and I didn't even have to make anything - not bad.

Trick or Treating at our neighbor Joe's house.

This is how the girls trick or treated.
